How can I access the resources on Catalyst Learning Center?

Resources can be accessed by signing up for a subscription plan that suits your needs. Each subject has its own dedicated page with separate solutions and answer sets. Once subscribed, you can log in and view all materials online using a smartphone, tablet, or computer with an active internet connection.

For the best experience, we recommend the following technical setup:

  • Operating System: Windows 7–11, macOS 10.8 or later, Android/iOS (any version)

  • Browsers: Chrome, Edge, Opera, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11 (Windows), Safari (Mac/Windows), Android/iOS browsers

  • Hardware: 2 GHz CPU or higher, minimum 1 GB RAM, 1024×768 screen resolution or higher (90% zoom recommended)

  • Internet: Broadband (at least 1 Mbps)

  • Other: Keyboard, mouse or touch device, sound card with speakers/headphones

What is your refund policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us. That’s why we provide one free sample per unit/chapter so you can evaluate the content before subscribing. As per company policy, no refunds are issued after payment is completed.

Is this website and my credit card information secure?

Yes, for the following reasons:

  • We collect only essential information: email, password, ZIP code, and optional username.

  • We do not receive or store your credit card details. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and we only receive a payment token.

  • All resources on Catalyst Learning Center are accessible only over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Is downloading PDF answers allowed?

No. PDF answers are for online use only on your phone or computer. Downloading is disabled to prevent unauthorized uploading of materials to other websites.

Can I access resources offline?

Currently, no. All resources are securely embedded as PDFs and require an online connection. This protects our content from unauthorized distribution. Online access also allows you to use any device, anywhere. Some offline access may be offered in the future at the company’s discretion.

Can I use the same account on multiple devices at the same time?

No. Simultaneous login on multiple devices using the same credentials will block access. However, you may log in from different devices at different times (e.g., phone, tablet, or computer). Our system tracks IP addresses, and accounts suspected of being shared among multiple users will be suspended.

Does my membership auto-renew?

No. There is no auto-renewal on any Catalyst Learning Center websites. You must manually renew or contact us for renewal when your plan expires.

Can I cancel my subscription before it expires?

No. Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the validity period. No refunds are given for early cancellation.

Can I copy, screenshot, or snip content from the website?

Not allowed. Our website is secured with advanced AI systems that detect copying, snipping, or screenshotting. Violating this policy leads to permanent suspension of your account and IP address without notice. We offer free sample resources for you to evaluate quality before subscribing.

I cannot access my account after subscribing to a premium plan.

Is payment refundable after purchasing a subscription?
